Faire is seeking a Director, Global Equity to own and evolve our global equity programs, building on an existing foundation while ensuring scalable, audit-ready processes across jurisdictions. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal and People to design, administer, and report on equity programs that power growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of stock plan administration experience in high-growth environments.
• Experience with global equity programs across multiple jurisdictions.
• Hands-on knowledge of tax, legal, and payroll considerations for equity.

Responsibilities

• Own and scale Faire’s global equity programs end-to-end, across plan design, administration, accounting and compliance.
• Lead equity operations with Finance, Payroll, Legal, and People to build scalable, audit-ready processes.
• Manage public company equity responsibilities including SEC reporting and internal controls.
• Oversee grant issuance, vesting, exercises, and pool management.
• Design and optimize equity systems, including integrations with payroll and HRIS.
• Advise and escalate on complex employee and executive equity matters.
• Manage regulatory, tax, and compliance risks as Faire scales internationally.
