Fireworks is seeking a highly experienced Head of Equity Administration to own and scale our global equity programs as we prepare for growth and potential public-company readiness.

You will lead end-to-end equity administration, governance, reporting, and employee experience, partnering with Legal, Finance, Accounting, Tax, People, Payroll, Compensation, and senior leadership to build scalable processes for a global workforce.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of equity administration experience.
• Experience with late-stage/private/public company IPO processes.
• Deep knowledge of ASC 718, Section 16, and 10b5-1.
• Strong governance, controls, and cross-functional partnership.

Aufgaben

• Own day-to-day and strategic administration of the company’s equity compensation programs, including stock options, RSUs, restricted stock, and other equity-based awards.
• Oversee equity administration platforms, workflows, integrations, and vendor relationships.
• Lead IPO-readiness efforts related to equity compensation and capitalization.
• Ensure equity administration processes comply with securities, tax, accounting, and governance requirements.
• Partner with Legal, Finance, Tax, Payroll, Accounting, and internal audit on reporting, controls, and audits.
