Fireworks AI is seeking a seasoned Head of Equity Administration to own and scale our global equity programs as we approach potential public-market readiness. You will lead governance, reporting, and employee experience related to stock options, RSUs, and other equity awards, collaborating with Legal, Finance, and senior leadership.

• Experience leading equity administration for a late-stage private or public company.
• Deep knowledge of equity compensation vehicles and related tax, payroll, and governance concerns.
• Proven ability to scale processes, build controls, and drive IPO readiness.

Responsabilidades

• Own day-to-day and strategic administration of the equity compensation programs.
• Lead end-to-end equity lifecycle including grants, vesting, exercises, releases, cancellations, and settlements.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 718, 409A, and global equity requirements; partner across Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, HR.
