Ladders is seeking a Director of Project Management to lead global clinical programs in a remote capacity. You will coordinate across project leaders to ensure studies stay on schedule and within scope, while overseeing resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in clinical research with strong PM and leadership skills, plus GCP/ICH knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of clinical research experience with strong project management and line management skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct and manage collaboration among Project Directors and Project Managers for global project execution
• Provide leadership and oversight for clinical programs, managing activities as needed
• Serve as the primary escalation point for study sponsors beyond project management
• Optimize project management profitability to meet budget targets
• Assess and manage resource allocations to achieve cost, time, and quality goals
