American Red Cross is seeking a dynamic Fundraising Communications & Enablement Director to lead high-impact fundraising messaging and materials. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA, enabling collaboration across regions while driving donor engagement and philanthropy strategy.

You will oversee communications plans, mentor a team, and partner with executives to align messaging with organizational priorities and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 5 years of management experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop comprehensive communications plans for fundraising initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of communications professionals.
• Partner with senior executives to ensure consistent and effective messaging across initiatives.
• Utilize storytelling strategies to support and enhance fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with national and regional marketing teams to develop and execute fundraising communications campaigns.
• Manage complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
