Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 7 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• 5 years of management experience are required.
• Excellent oral, presentation, and training skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to develop plans and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop comprehensive communications plans for fundraising initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of communications professionals.
• Partner with senior executives to ensure consistent and effective messaging across initiatives.
• Utilize storytelling strategies to support fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with national and regional marketing teams to develop campaigns.
