The American Red Cross is seeking a professional, innovative Fundraising Communications and Enablement Director. This fully remote role can be located anywhere in the USA and leads the planning, development, and execution of donor-centered communications that drive fundraising results.

You will manage a team of communications professionals, align messaging across initiatives, and collaborate with senior executives and regional teams to advance the organization’s mission and donor engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
• 5 years of management experience.
• Travel may be required.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop comprehensive communications plans for fundraising initiatives.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of communications professionals.
• Partner with senior executives to ensure consistent messaging across initiatives.
• Utilize storytelling strategies to support fundraising efforts.
• Collaborate with national and regional marketing teams to develop fundraising campaigns.
• Manage complex, large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
