Job summary

iFIT is seeking a Director of FP&A – Product Ops to own COGS architecture, RD capitalization strategy, and rolling forecasts, working remotely in the United States.

This role partners with Hardware Engineering, Software Product, and Operations to tie together logistics economics and long-term margin impact, delivering executive-ready recommendations.

The ideal candidate understands hardware COGS and software development economics and is ready to own end-to-end financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior financial authority and strategic partner to Hardware Engineering, Software Product, and Operations leadership — drive product roadmap ROI accountability and enforce financial discipline on project spend.
• Lead Go/No-Go financial analysis for new hardware and software launches, synthesizing BOM economics, capitalization strategy, logistics costs, and long-term margin impact into executive-ready recommendations.
• Direct the company’s R&D capitalization strategy for software — setting policy, managing schedules, and ensuring every dollar of investment aligns with long-term goals.
