Reporting to the CPTO, you will balance operational excellence with forward-looking leadership, driving responsible AI adoption while partnering with executives to enable growth and resilience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field.
• 7+ years of technology leadership experience.
• Experience building AI governance, security programs and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year IT, cybersecurity, and AI roadmap aligned with company growth.
• Serve as a technology advisor on emerging technologies and cyber risks.
• Lead enterprise technology governance, architecture, and best practices.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives to improve productivity and scalability.
• Establish a culture of innovation, service excellence, and business partnership.
