Ladders is seeking a Director of Enterprise Architecture for a remote leadership role in the Healthcare space. You will shape architecture strategy, guide architects, and partner with business and tech stakeholders to translate needs into scalable solutions and long-term roadmaps.

You will lead governance, develop staff, and ensure IT architectures align with business goals, delivering strategic plans for technology initiatives.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 8+ years of technical experience.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• Progressive experience as a senior architect or technical lead in large IT projects.
• 10+ years in design, development, and testing of software applications.
• Passion for improving consumer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps
• Guide a team of architects in applying architecture principles and standards
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure technical solutions meet expected outcomes
• Identify and facilitate development of IT architectures aligned with business goals
• Participate in governance activities to ensure compliance with architecture standards
• Provide leadership in developing technical and architectural staff
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with business strategy
