Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in product management, data platform, data engineering, or data architecture roles, including 5+ years in technical product management for data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake as a technical practitioner or product owner.
• Strong knowledge of modern data architecture concepts, including data mesh and dimensional modeling.
• Experience leading intake and prioritization processes for enterprise platforms.

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Product Management - Enterprise Data Platform to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.
This role will lead the strategy and product direction for a core enterprise data platform that supports data sharing, governance, and controlled access across the organization. You will own the multi-year roadmap, translate business needs into platform capabilities, and help ensure the data foundation scales to meet evolving enterprise demands. This position partners closely with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to drive delivery and keep platform priorities aligned to business value and urgency.
Location: Remote
Compensation: $107,667 – $150,734 annually
