EAK Distribution is seeking a Director of Supply Chain to build and lead a scalable end-to-end supply chain. Qualifications

• The Director of Supply Chain will own the end-to-end supply chain for scaling revenue from ~$20M to $100M+.

Responsibilities

• Own demand planning and inventory strategy across all channels and SKUs; maintain stockouts below 1%.
• Consolidate and oversee procurement, vendor management, and supplier contracts, including overseas vendors.
• Coordinate production with Heirloom Organics and ensure schedules meet fulfillment timelines.
• Manage inbound/outbound logistics, 3PL relationships, and multi-channel fulfillment (Amazon FBA, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Home Depot dropship).
• Lead ERP selection and implementation; define inventory, procurement, production, and order management requirements.
• Own the full supply chain budget and drive cost reduction without compromising service levels.
• Lead and develop the logistics team, with weekly 1:1s and a plan for scale to 600+ SKUs.
