Job summary

Stone Alliance Group is seeking a Director of Customer Service & Logistics to lead CS, logistics, and distribution planning from a strategic and hands-on perspective. The role supports growth through scalable processes, automation, and strong vendor partnerships.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in supply chain leadership, deep DRP and distribution network experience, and a track record of optimizing end-to-end order fulfillment, returns, and invoicing in a fast-growing consumer products

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, business or related field.
MBA or advanced degree preferred.
10+ years of progressive leadership in supply chain operations including logistics and distribution.
Experience managing customer service and logistics teams.
Strong knowledge of DRP/ERP systems and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead customer service, logistics, and distribution planning functions.
Develop scalable processes to support growth and improve the customer experience.
Drive automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Partner with 3PLs and logistics providers to optimize costs and service.
Establish OTIF metrics and improve cross-functional performance.
Lead network design and distribution center optimization initiatives.
