Job summary

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain in Las Vegas. You will own demand and supply planning, purchasing, inventory and master data, steering performance across ecommerce and retail.

You'll lead a growing team, align processes to the P&L, and implement scalable playbooks for omnichannel fulfillment, with strategic influence across the organization and regular, data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain, including at least 3 years leading a supply chain function, preferably in consumer packaged goods.
• Track record of owning and being accountable for a forecast, including measuring and correcting forecast error and bias.
• Experience buying from contract manufacturers, negotiating terms that include deposits, and handling quality holds or late deliveries without a channel stockout.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a rolling demand and supply plan by SKU and channel. Turn it into buy plans balancing service levels against cash, with real lead times and contract deposits.
• Manage purchase orders from placement through receipt and invoice, including three-way match and supplier scorecards.
• Defend inventory accuracy through cycle counts, GL reconciliation, days of supply, lot/expiry exposure, and SKU mappings for every channel.
• Own inbound/outbound logistics cost: carrier mix, 3PL rate audits, customs/duty, dimensional-weight decisions, and monthly revenue percentage reporting.
• Lead and hire planning, purchasing, inventory and master data teams; set cadence and document procedures for finance.
