Job summary

Effective School Solutions is seeking a Director of District and School Partnerships for Eastern PA, Delaware, and Southern NJ. The role is remote with substantial travel to district offices and events.

You will lead district partnership development, manage multi-stakeholder accounts, and drive revenue growth across assigned territories, partnering with clinical, operations, and executive teams to deliver measurable district outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of educational sales experience or a background in school leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving quotas, particularly in new business development.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of the K-12 market, specifically in Eastern PA, Delaware, and Southern NJ.
• Demonstrated success in multi-channeled prospecting approaches.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, including some overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with school district leaders, including superintendents, special education directors, student services leaders, and other key decision-makers.
• Develop new district partnerships in priority and white-space markets while expanding existing ESS relationships through a consultative approach.
• Lead complex, long-cycle sales processes, including prospecting, executive-level presentations, negotiations, and multi-year partnerships.
• Own quarterly and annual revenue goals within assigned territories through new business development, renewals, and expansion.
• Strategically manage large, multi-stakeholder accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with ESS teams to deliver district outcomes that support retention and growth.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline using Salesforce and stay informed on funding opportunities and market trends.
