Amgen is seeking a Director of Digital Manufacturing Innovation to lead the global portfolio of digital manufacturing initiatives. You will drive data, AI, and automation strategies across the network, coordinating with product owners, sites, and enterprise teams to deliver scalable, impactful solutions.

The role requires leadership of a diverse, global team, strong business sponsorship, and a focus on measurable improvements in safety, quality, and throughput within Amgen’s manufacturing

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and 9 years of Engineering, Operations, or Digital Technology experience OR
• Master’s degree and 7 years of Engineering, Operations, or Digital Technology experience OR
• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Engineering, Operations, or Digital Technology experience

Aufgaben

• Lead the global DMI portfolio and roadmap across manufacturing digital products, data, analytics, AI, and automation.
• Partner with product owners to define manufacturing needs, outcomes, roadmaps, and delivery priorities.
• Build and develop a global team of digital product, data, and innovation professionals and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
• Measure adoption and business impact, and ensure sustained benefits in safety, quality, and productivity.
