Job summary

Convatec is seeking a Director of Digital Transformation & Operational Excellence to define and execute enterprise-wide programs modernizing manufacturing and quality systems with AI, MVDA, and analytics. The role oversees global deployment across sites and ensures regulatory compliance while driving standardization.

The position is remote with linkage to the Lexington, MA or UK offices, requiring strategic leadership and governance across diverse sites.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading digital transformation and operational excellence programs in complex manufacturing.
Proven expertise in AI/ML, MVDA, and advanced analytics for manufacturing.
Strong knowledge of quality systems and regulatory compliance (FDA/ISO).
Demonstrated success delivering enterprise-scale transformation and stakeholder alignment.
Ability to drive scalable digital platforms with measurable improvements.
