Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Director of Digital Media to lead and scale our delivery capabilities across GMP licenses, ad tech consulting, and data-driven strategies. The role focuses on operational excellence, client success, and building a high-performing team.

You will guide clients on scalable activation and first-party data initiatives, while collaborating with internal partners to optimize delivery frameworks and drive growth in licensing and consulting services.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital media, ad tech, or data-driven marketing with leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP (DV360, CM360, SA360).
• Experience managing reseller license businesses and consulting teams.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of Google Media Platform licensing business with focus on clients and compliance.
• Provide strategic oversight of digital media technology consulting and data activation workflows.
• Lead and grow a team of Digital Media consultants delivering data-driven advertising strategies.
• Support business development, RFP responses, and client pitches to expand licensing and services.
