Job summary

Merkle is seeking a Director of Digital Media to lead and scale delivery capabilities across GMP licenses and related ad tech consulting. You will oversee end-to-end license delivery, drive client growth, and guide a team of GMP consultants focused on data-driven media strategies.

The role requires 8+ years in digital media with leadership experience, strong GMP knowledge, and experience with RFPs. This position emphasizes strategic thinking, operational excellence, and cross-functional

Qualifications

8+ years in digital media, ad tech, or data-driven marketing consulting with increasing leadership responsibilities.
Strong knowledge of GMP (DV360, CM360, SA360, Google Ads).
Experience managing reseller license businesses and consulting teams; familiarity with retail media deployments is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of GMP reseller license business and ensure client satisfaction.
Provide strategic oversight of digital media technology consulting, including ad tech infrastructure and data activation workflows.
Lead and develop a team of GMP consultants, building best practices and scalable delivery frameworks.
Stay ahead of ad tech trends and publish POVs or whitepapers to position the team as thought leaders.
