Job summary

Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a Senior Consultant, Digital Media to deliver GMP platform consulting and enablement from Toronto, with Canada-based remote options.

You will support SA360, DV360, and CM360 deployments, handle onboarding, training, and ongoing client success while ensuring accurate billing and delivery efficiency. This role emphasizes hands-on platform expertise and client partnership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in digital media, ad tech, or marketing technology consulting with hands-on platform experience.
• Strong knowledge of GMP platforms: expertise in at least two of SA360, DV360, or CM360.
• Experience with billing operations, invoicing, and platform reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver tactical consulting on GMP platforms (SA360, DV360, CM360), including campaign setup, configuration, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Implement and manage floodlight tagging and first‑party data infrastructure for client measurement and attribution needs.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement to drive adoption and self-sufficiency.
• Collaborate with agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive client solutions and delivery.
