Job summary

LRN Corporation is seeking a Director of Demand Generation to lead North America demand programs remotely. The role focuses on acquiring new logos, optimizing funnel performance, and delivering data-driven campaigns across multiple channels to accelerate pipeline growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Rev Ops, and agency partners, guide SDR resources, and build persona-driven campaigns aligned with regional objectives. This is a remote role with global impact.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
• 3+ years leading regional programs, integrated and ABM campaigns.
• Proven funnel optimization in B2B (MQL to SQL, lead-to-meeting).
• Experience guiding BDR/SDR teams to improve conversions.
• Deep expertise with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience in B2B SaaS/enterprise tech.
• Familiarity with North American enterprise buyer journeys.
• Experience in global marketing orgs with regional counterparts.

Responsibilities

• Develop NA demand gen strategy for new business and conversions.
• Manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, paid, email, events).
• Build ABM programs moving accounts to sales-ready.
• Provide insights to Sales in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with Sales, Rev Ops, and Partners for funnel insights.
• Lead SDR/BDR alignment and optimize lead handoff.
• Analyze funnel performance and optimize conversions.
• Report on ROI and drive continuous improvement.
