Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Director of Business Value Consulting to lead cross-functional teams that build value-based business cases for cybersecurity investments. You will guide executive discussions, craft strategic roadmaps, and align sales with customer value across multiple geographies.

You will develop evidence-based analyses, influence C-suite decision-making, and drive transformational initiatives that improve outcomes for clients and the company.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience focusing on business transformation, preferably with a top management consulting firm or technology company.
• Expertise in building business cases with in-depth financial analysis and ROI/TCO modeling.
• Strong executive presence and situational awareness, with a proven track record of influencing C-suite leaders.
• Proven ability to foster accountability and build consensus across diverse teams and customer stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, applying consulting frameworks and methodologies to offer creative solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engagement teams to shape and drive cybersecurity and digital transformation capabilities for our customers.
• Provide expert guidance on value-based selling methodologies to support and enhance the sales process.
• Synthesize engagement experiences into reusable content, frameworks, and thought leadership to advance team capabilities and ensure alignment
• Develop and deliver high-impact, value-focused training sessions and workshops for key customers and internal teams.
• Influence field sales strategies for key accounts by elevating the business value function internally.
• Coach team members on identifying C-level strategic issues, assessing process capabilities, and developing compelling business cases for IT and security transformation.
• Create and deploy industry-specific value selling tools, programs, and initiatives for sales, alliances, and marketing teams.
