• Track record building US commercial compliance programs.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning expertise.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver risk-based curricula and content.
• Lead onboarding and launch-readiness training for product launches.
• Deliver live trainings at meetings and cross-functional forums.
• Manage LMS content, mappings, due dates and reporting.
• Measure training effectiveness and report KPIs to leadership.
• Coordinate with Legal, Sales, Marketing, Medical, HR and Compliance.
