Job summary

Counterpart Health (CPH) is hiring a Commercial Partnerships & Operations Director to shape and drive strategic commercial initiatives and external partnerships. You will own high-impact programs, lead cross-functional teams across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and partners, and deliver insights to accelerate growth.

This senior role requires 6–10 years in healthcare-execution roles, deep knowledge of Medicare/Medicare Advantage, and strong ability to align

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, a healthcare technology company, or a similar execution-focused role in a high-growth healthcare organization.
• Strong preference for Medicare, Medicare Advantage, value-based care, payer-provider dynamics, healthcare operations.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities; PMO or program management experience is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills with a track record of bringing structure and accountability to complex initiatives.
• Experience managing external partner or customer relationships with coordination and follow-ups.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets, including building financial models, dashboards, trackers.
• Excellent written and visual communication skills for executive-ready presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-priority commercial initiatives by defining project plans and tracking milestones.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Commercial, Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Legal, and external partners.
• Manage strategic partnerships with governance, objectives alignment, and executive engagement.
• Deliver business insights through analytical models, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Prepare executive communications, presentations, and recommendations for leadership and partners.
• Strengthen program execution with defined owners, timelines, and accountability.
• Enhance operational effectiveness with scalable processes, tools, and reporting mechanisms.
• Serve as a trusted commercial advisor, anticipating risks and maintaining alignment across initiatives.
