Counterpart Health is seeking a Senior Commercial Partnerships & Operations Director to shape and drive key commercial initiatives and external partnerships. You will own cross-functional programs, lead strategic partnerships, and deliver insights to accelerate growth from a remote USA base.

The role requires 6–10 years in healthcare-related execution roles, deep Medicare knowledge, and strong analytical capabilities with AI tools, Excel, and Google Sheets.

Formación

• 6–10 years of experience in healthcare consulting, a healthcare technology company, or a similar execution-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage, value-based care, payer-provider dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead high-priority commercial initiatives with defined project plans and milestones.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Commercial, Product, Engineering, and external partners.
• Manage strategic partnerships with governance and executive engagement.
• Deliver analytical models, dashboards, and performance trackers.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and recommendations for leadership.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans with owners and timelines.
• Design scalable processes and reporting mechanisms for the team.
• Advise on enterprise risks and align stakeholders across initiatives.
