Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP, Commercial Lines to act as a national SME in Commercial Property & Casualty insurance and agency operations. You will partner with regional leaders to advance objectives, optimize operations, and enhance performance across the organization.

The role emphasizes workflow standardization, capacity planning, and strategic advisory support for producers, account teams, and leaders.

Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty license required.
CPCU or CIC designation (or equivalent) preferred.
5–7+ years of Commercial Lines leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
Expertise in Commercial P&C operations, workflows and optimization.
Experience with merger/acquisition integration and change leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
Promote standardized workflows and best practices across the organization.
Lead process improvement initiatives to boost productivity and quality.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement sustainable actions.
Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
Align managed services with organizational goals.
Serve as national P&C subject matter expert on operations, workflows and systems.
Support M&A integration through assessment, planning, and standardization.
Collaborate with producers and leadership to drive engagement and outcomes.
Promote EPIC usage and other tech tools to improve performance.
