Job summary

Insurance Office of America seeks an experienced Director, Commercial Lines to lead national operations in a fully remote role aligned with Central Time Zone hours. The role requires 5–7+ years of commercial lines leadership, an active P&C license, and preferred CPCU/CIC designations.

On-site work may be required for hybrid branches within 50 miles, per policy. The Director/VP will drive strategy, standardize workflows, and partner with senior leaders to deliver exceptional client service,

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required and CPCU/CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Strong expertise in agency operations, workflows, servicing models, and process optimization.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, and operational integration initiatives.

• Workforce Planning: analyze staffing and capacity to support growth.
• Managed Services Alignment: ensure efficient resource utilization with goals.
• Technical Expertise: provide guidance on Commercial P&C operations and systems.
• M&A Integration Support: support integration planning and workflow alignment.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: build partnerships to drive engagement and outcomes.
• Systems & Technology: optimize EPIC and related tools for performance.
