Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage or agency.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines initiatives with regional leadership.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable processes for efficiency.
• Standardize workflows and best practices across the organization.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Analyze root causes and drive sustainable improvements.
• Plan capacity and staffing to support growth.
• Align Managed Services and operations with organizational goals.
• Provide EPIC guidance on workflows and systems.
• Support M&A integration through operational assessment and alignment.
• Collaborate with producers, operations, and leadership for strategic initiatives.
• Promote effective use of EPIC, reporting tools, and tech platforms.
• Measure performance with service metrics and BI to find improvements.
• Lead change initiatives and foster continuous learning.
