Insurance Office of America is seeking a Director/VP for Commercial Lines to lead national client operations and drive best practices across the organization.

The role requires 5–7+ years of leadership in commercial lines within a large brokerage, an active P&C license, and CPCU/CIC designation preferred. This fully remote position offers competitive pay and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• CPCU and/or CIC designation preferred.
• 5–7+ years of Commercial Lines operational leadership in a large brokerage/agency.
• Strong expertise in Commercial P&C agency operations and process optimization.
• Experience with workflow standardization and continuous improvement.
• Ability to influence leaders in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Commercial Lines strategy with regional leadership.
• Identify operational challenges and implement scalable solutions.
• Standardize workflows, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and client outcomes.
• Perform root cause analysis to drive sustainable improvements.
• Plan workforce capacity to support growth and excellence.
• Align Managed Services with organizational goals.
• Provide guidance on agency operations and technology usage.
• Support M&A integration with operational assessments and alignment.
