Job summary
Our client is seeking a Director of College Advancement to lead college and career readiness across a network of high schools. The role focuses on strengthening pathways to postsecondary success, partnering with regional and school leaders to improve counseling, expand planning supports, and deliver high-quality seminars.
Location: Remote for US-based candidates only. Compensation ranges from $124,800 to $150,000 per year, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to drive measurable student
Qualifications
- 7+ years in college access, counseling, or postsecondary advising in K-12 or nonprofit education.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in Education or related field.
- Experience leading and coaching adult professionals.
- Track record of improving student college outcomes.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Implement and improve college and career readiness across high schools.
- Lead integration of college planning and exposure activities.
- Ensure delivery of effective college seminars for students.
- Coach Regional and High School Directors to enhance counseling practices.
- Provide data-informed feedback for continuous improvement.
- Facilitate professional development for regional staff.
- Monitor enrollment and completion data to identify trends and gaps.
