KIPP Public Schools seeks a leader to manage the college and career program across two regions, 15–17 high schools, and 1,500–1,800 seniors, driving year-over-year gains in enrollment and completion.

You will coach regional and school directors to improve counseling practices through data-informed feedback and professional development, and develop tools, resources, and cross-team strategies to align college advancement with the KIPP network's broader goals.
