The role emphasizes onboarding, ramping new hires, and maintaining a strong sales cadence with weekly pipeline reviews and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services
• 5+ years in a sales leadership role
• Proven ability to leverage data analytics to drive results
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Superior verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with Salesforce and support organization functionality
• Ability to travel up to 15% as needed

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Regional Vice Presidents focused on new client acquisition.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure performance accountability.
• Manage evaluations and escalation with the VP, New Client Development.
• Establish regular coaching, feedback, and performance tracking.
