Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field.
• 3+ years of operations management experience in healthcare leadership.
• Experience leading multi-provider, high-revenue practices.

Responsibilities

• Own daily operations across administration, HR, IT, billing, and clinical support.
• Coordinate with providers to optimize patient flow and service delivery.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the practice.
• Develop, implement, and maintain SOPs for operational processes.
• Drive KPIs for efficiency, patient satisfaction, and compliance.
