Cohere Health is seeking a Correspondence and Clinical Process Manager to join the Clinical Operations team in the United States. You will work with clinical operations leadership and report to the Sr. Director of Clinical Process and Standards to drive quality, consistency, and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare and active clinical licensure in your state (RN, PT/OT/SLP considered).
• 3+ years of utilization management operations experience.
• Working knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements (CMS, Medicaid, JCAHO).
• Experience building work instructions, policies, or procedures a plus.
• Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced environments with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical process improvement initiatives and delegated client initiatives.
• Monitor performance and influence adherence to client SLAs.
• Conduct root cause analyses and remediation plans for process variation (CAPs).
• Collaborate with product and analytics teams to drive solutions.
• Assess current operations against work instructions and procedures.
• Develop and update work instructions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support optimization of letters process and template tracking.
