The Director of Client Engagement will lead delivery, relationships, and outcomes across health-care accounts, driving contract validation and rebate management with a client-centric, strategic advisory approach.

You'll collaborate with data, analytics, product, and sales teams to translate client needs into scalable services, and help grow engagements while maintaining high-quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years in life sciences consulting, market access, or managed care.
• Experience with payer contracting, formulary management, or rebate operations.
• Familiarity with MMIT or equivalent payer data platforms.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience acting as a strategic advisor to external clients.
• Ability to work autonomously and define scope.
• Experience scaling and refining service offerings.
• End-to-end client engagements including tough conversations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary client-facing lead for delivery and outcomes.
• Lead end-to-end contract validation engagements using payer data.
• Support rebate management and assess gross-to-net exposure.
• Coordinate with data, analytics, product, and sales teams.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and refine methodologies.
• Assist sales in scoping new client opportunities.
