Job summary

Norstella is seeking a Director of Client Engagement for Contract Validation, focusing on end-to-end contract validation, rebate management, and cross-functional program delivery. You will manage strategic client relationships, ensure contract terms align with payer requirements, and drive data-driven outcomes across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in life sciences consulting, market access, or managed care.
• Experience with payer contracting, formulary management, or rebate operations.
• Familiarity with MMIT or equivalent payer data platforms.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Experience operating as a strategic advisor to external clients — not just internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and build trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of contract validation engagements ensuring terms reflect payer requirements.
• Support clients in identifying rebate discrepancies and analyzing gross-to-net exposure.
• Coordinate timelines, resources, and milestones across concurrent engagements.
• Identify opportunities to expand engagements and contribute to scalable service delivery.
