Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive pipeline growth and manage targeted accounts nationwide. This remote-ready role collaborates with sales and marketing to map accounts, run campaigns, and secure executive-level conversations in the Life Sciences and CRE tech spaces.

You will field inbound leads, craft compelling briefs, and leverage tools like Pitch Decks, ZoomInfo, Salesloft and 6Sense to uncover opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience building pipeline in Life Sciences and related sectors such as Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Medical Devices.
• Proven ability to build pipeline and exceed sales quotas in CRE/Facilities Management or technology spaces.
• Experience creating and executing outbound campaigns and account plans; cross-functional collaboration to uncover opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively plan and set prospecting strategies for targeted accounts.
• Create client engagement plans and account maps with sales and marketing to run campaigns and plays.
• Prepare briefs for Solution Development, Client Growth, and executives using research and sales tools.
• Field inbound leads and launch outbound campaigns to set up introductory calls for sellers.
