Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for BESS augmentation programs.
• Set portfolio priorities, staffing plans, governance, and augmentation strategies.
• Direct safe field execution, budgeting, procurement, and scheduling for projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to align execution and resolve escalated issues.
• Lead safety planning, commissioning readiness, and turnover activities.
