Job summary

RapidSOS is seeking a Director of Customer Solutions Engineering to own enterprise customer success from discovery through production and optimization. You will lead a team building production software, integrations, workflows, and AI-enabled solutions while partnering with Product and Engineering to scale platform capabilities.

The role combines hands-on coding and architecture with leadership, driving complex outcomes across customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software/solutions engineering or related roles.
• 3+ years leading technical post-sales teams.
• Experience owning complex enterprise customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own customer outcomes end to end from discovery to optimization.
• Lead the Customer Solutions organization.
• Transform team into AI-forward development organization.
• Build production services, APIs, integrations, workflows, and AI capabilities.
• Stay hands-on with coding, architecture, and troubleshooting.
• Partner with Sales to validate feasibility before commitments.
• Ensure production readiness and ongoing technical success.
