Job summary

Spring Health, a global mental health company, is seeking a Director of Downstream Product Marketing to own the go-to-market motion across new business, renewals, and upsell. This is a fully remote role with about 15% travel.

You will build and refine an AI-native production engine that turns messaging and source content into on-brand assets at scale, and partner with sales, enablement, growth, and communications to accelerate revenue and improve visibility.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product marketing experience in enterprise B2B or B2B2C settings.
• 4+ years leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record owning go-to-market strategy and execution across new business, renewals, and expansion.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI and agentic tools to improve marketing workflows.
• Exceptional writing, editing, storytelling, and presentation skills for executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel approx. 15% of the year.

Responsibilities

• Own the go-to-market motion across the revenue lifecycle, including new business, renewals, and upsell.
• Define stories, proofpoints, and assets to help customer-facing teams win, retain, and grow.
• Drive training and readiness timelines with Enablement so motions land on schedule.
• Set campaign themes and the original research agenda with Growth Marketing.
• Lead partnerships with Communications/PR for campaigns and visibility in AI-powered search.
• Refine the AI-native production engine for on-brand assets at scale.
• Lead, develop, and priority the downstream Product Marketing team with clear operating standards.
