This role translates complex AI concepts into accessible guidance for non-technical stakeholders and collaborates with change management, learning & development, and corporate communications to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (field flexible)
• 10+ years in roles combining technology and communications
• Strong working knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts
• Experience partnering with organizational change management, learning & development, and corporate communications

Responsibilities

• Own the AI adoption posture across Parexel and align with priorities
• Curate AI communications and education calendar for non-technical audiences
• Translate technical AI concepts into accessible language while maintaining accuracy
• Brief change management, learning & development, and communications teams on AI direction
• Lead AI education calendar and learning paths across the organization
• Partner with Corporate Communications on AI brand and external messaging
