Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a Director, AI Translation & Adoption, to lead AI enablement efforts from a remote location on the East Coast. The role drives adoption and integration of AI capabilities across Parexel, translating complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders and coordinating with change management, learning, and corporate communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (field flexible).
• 10+ years in roles that combine technology and communications (adoption leadership, change management, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts and credibility with technical teams.
• Experience partnering with organizational change management, learning & development, and corporate communications.
• Familiarity with adoption metrics and operational definitions of adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own the AI adoption posture across Parexel and align with organizational priorities.
• Oversee AI communications and education calendar, translating AI roadmap into accessible forms.
• Translate highly technical AI concepts into clear, non-technical language while maintaining accuracy.
• Brief change management, L&D, and corporate communications on AI direction and implications.
• Lead the AI education calendar and collaborate on delivery infrastructure with L&D.
• Operate as a service function to partner organizations, prioritizing AI-related requests.
• Partner with corporate communications on brand alignment for AI content and internal messaging.
• Maintain relationships with business unit leaders and cross-functional forums as AI SME.
• Lead and develop a team for adoption liaison, translation, and education programming.
