Job summary

The role requires fluency in English and German, strong change management skills, and a hands-on approach to AI with business and technical teams. Remote with travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• Track record of driving adoption of significant change programmes in complex, multi-site organisations.
• Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• AI Opportunity & Roadmap: identify high-value AI use cases and translate into actionable roadmaps.
• Implementation Support: coach BUs to deploy AI tools and remove blockers from pilot to production.
• Capability Building: train teams on prompt crafting and real-world AI use; grow AI Champions into independent leads.
• Group Leader Partnership: maintain a live AI roadmap and governance with the Group Leader.
