Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Director, AI Translation & Adoption to join our AI Enablement team in a remote capacity located on the East Coast. In this strategic leadership role, you will drive the adoption and integration of AI capabilities across Parexel, translating complex technical concepts into accessible, actionable guidance for non-technical stakeholders.

As Director, AI Translation & Adoption, you will serve as the connective tissue between our AI Enablement team and the broader organization,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a technical, communications, organizational psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years in roles that combine technology and communications (adoption leadership, technical product marketing, change management, etc.).
• Strong working knowledge of AI and generative AI concepts for credibility with technical teams.
• Experience partnering with organizational change management, learning and development, and corporate communications.
• Familiarity with adoption metrics and definitions of adoption (active usage, integrated workflow, value).

Responsibilities

• Own the AI adoption posture and align with organizational priorities.
• Curate AI communications and education calendars for partner consumption.
• Translate technical AI concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences while keeping accuracy.
• Brief change management, learning and development, and corporate communications on AI direction.
• Oversee AI education calendar and learning delivery infrastructure.
• Serve as a service function to partner organizations, triaging AI-related requests.
• Coordinate with corporate communications on AI branding and with change management on internal launches.
• Maintain relationships with business unit leaders and change ambassadors as the AI authority.
• Lead and develop a team for adoption liaison, translation, and education programming.
