Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Director, Adobe Consulting to lead a newly created Adobe strategy practice. You will partner with CMOs to shape marketing orchestration, design end-to-end Adobe-based solutions, and drive revenue, retention, and engagement for global brands.

In this remote role, you will guide cross-functional teams, oversee engagements from discovery to delivery, and champion data-driven personalization using Adobe's stack, while advancing EPAM's transformation capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital consulting, marketing technology or digital transformation in senior advisory or leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in Adobe's marketing automation and data ecosystem (AEP, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Campaign Analytics, Marketo, Workfront, GenStudio).
• Experience selling and leading large-scale engagements intersecting strategy, technology and data.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative engagements to drive marketing transformation using Adobe's ecosystem.
• Initiate discovery sessions to uncover business needs and align Adobe solutions with measurable impact.
• Serve as trusted advisor to CMOs on technology strategy and data-driven personalization.
• Conduct digital strategy workshops and develop phased roadmaps.
