EPAM Systems, a Platinum Adobe Solutions Partner, seeks a Director of Adobe Consulting to lead EPAM's most senior Adobe practice. You will shape marketing orchestration, partner with CMOs, and drive transformation across global brands by leveraging Adobe's marketing automation and data platforms with EPAM's engineering and data capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital consulting or digital transformation
• Deep expertise in Adobe marketing automation and data ecosystem
• Proven track record selling and leading large-scale engagements
• Experience advising CMOs and senior marketing executives
• Experience with hybrid martech stacks including non-Adobe platforms
• Strong ability to translate strategy to technology for business and technical stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple engagements with high client satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative engagements to drive marketing transformation with Adobe
• Run discovery sessions to uncover business needs and map Adobe solutions to impact
• Advise CMOs on technology strategy and data-driven personalization
• Facilitate digital strategy workshops and develop phased roadmaps
• Design martech architectures integrating Adobe with other platforms
• Guide marketing operating model transformation and data-informed teams
• Orchestrate multiple client engagements ensuring value delivery
• Lead presales activities: RFP responses and solution demos
• Design end-to-end solutions using Adobe's marketing stack
• Collaborate with Empathy Lab and Data & Analytics for solutions
