Qualifications

• 10+ years in digital consulting, marketing tech or digital transformation at senior advisory/leadership level.
• Deep Adobe marketing automation and data stack expertise including AEP, Real-Time CDP, Journey Optimizer, Campaign Analytics, Marketo, Workfront, GenStudio.

Responsibilities

• Lead consultative engagements to transform marketing using Adobe's ecosystem.
• Drive discovery sessions to map business needs to measurable outcomes.
• Advise CMOs and senior marketing executives on tech strategy and data-driven personalization.
• Develop phased roadmaps and oversee multi-engagement programs.
• Architect end-to-end solutions leveraging Adobe's stack and data platforms.
• Lead presales activities: opportunity assessment, RFPs, proposals, demos.
