Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a senior Enterprise Marketing leader to shape and drive ABM and demand-generation initiatives for enterprise and mid-market segments. You will partner with Sales, Product, and Revenue Ops to create targeted campaigns, craft messaging, and oversee execution across channels.

The role emphasizes leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and a hands-on approach to scaling marketing efforts in a fast-growing SaaS environment. Fully remote within the United States is available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years in progressive B2B marketing, SaaS preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years leading marketing teams or programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead enterprise marketing and ABM strategies with executive leadership, Sales, and Revenue Ops.
• Lead, mentor, and develop marketing professionals across demand gen and field marketing.
• Own end-to-end integrated campaigns from objectives to activation and optimization.
• Improve audience segmentation and targeting across programs to generate qualified demand.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Sales, and Product on lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to go-to-market strategies for new features and product enhancements.
• Refine brand messaging and provide feedback on concepts and sales enablement materials.
• Own the marketing campaign calendar and planning processes.
• Track performance across SMB and enterprise, optimize investments and attribution.
