National General Holdings Corp. is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by securing new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships in the local market.

The role combines in-person and phone-based sales, community outreach, and partner development, with a base hourly rate plus uncapped monthly incentives. Training and compliance support help you meet performance standards and deliver excellent customer experience.

Qualificações

• 0–2 years of experience minimum.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
