Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in sales or related field.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop community relationships to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support local marketing initiatives.
